Terms of Service

Effective May 26, 2026 · Monarch Labs Collective, Inc.

Agreement

By creating an account or using OnRecord, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

OnRecord provides tools for co-parent communication, scheduling, expenses, and optional PDF export. Features may change as we improve the product. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Not legal advice

OnRecord is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing in the app creates an attorney–client relationship. For court strategy, admissibility, or obligations in your jurisdiction, consult a qualified attorney.

Your account and conduct

You are responsible for your account credentials and for content you submit. Use the app in good faith. Do not use OnRecord to harass, threaten, or break the law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that create risk or abuse the service.

Exports and records

PDF exports are generated for your convenience. Formatting and completeness depend on the data you and your co-parent have entered. You are responsible for how you use or file exported materials.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnRecord and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the app.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Questions: support@onrecord.app.
